    Annette loves Seattle and all of it’s beauty! The parks in Seattle are beautiful and she has found that they offer a perfect environment for people to get fit! She holds bootcamps at local parks for private groups/businesses and also in West Seattle at the West Seattle Stadium and Jack Block Park that are open to the public.
    Come run, jump, lift, and push your way to being in the best shape of your life!
    Annette holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Fitness and Exercise Science. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels.
    Want to get in the best shape of your life?
    She'll help you get there! She will teach proper form using weights, core exercises, squats, stretching, boot camp style drills, and running. If you have a recent injury she can work with you.
    You'll learn to love your workouts, they are tough but doable. Annette will work with your current ability and nudge you just a little bit so you push yourself and sweat!
    You will lose weight, and feel amazing!
    Annette meets clients in their home, office, or in a training studio in West Seattle on California Ave.

    Sunday at 8:15 AM

    Running, hills, stairs, jump rope, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, and squats. Choreographed different each week to ensure an optimal challenge. This is a fun class where you will feel inspired by your efforts! Expect to burn 500 - 600 calories.
    Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings to accommodate many levels.

    About

    I will go to your location or to a park near your office and lead work outs for your group. In the past I have led triathlon training for Starbucks, spent one day per week at Sharon E. Best Law office training 8 staff members, led a one-hour class once per week at Publicis Advertising Agency, and met with a group of 5 from Graham & Dunn at the Sculpture Park twice per week.
