Running, hills, stairs, jump rope, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, and squats. Choreographed different each week to ensure an optimal challenge. This is a fun class where you will feel inspired by your efforts! Expect to burn 500 – 600 calories.
Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings to accommodate many levels.
