Annette loves Seattle and all of it’s beauty! The parks in Seattle are beautiful and she has found that they offer a perfect environment for people to get fit! She holds bootcamps at local parks for private groups/businesses and also in West Seattle at the West Seattle Stadium and Jack Block Park that are open to the public.

Annette holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Fitness and Exercise Science. She enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels.

She’ll help you get there! She will teach proper form using weights, core exercises, squats, stretching, boot camp style drills, and running. If you have a recent injury she can work with you.
You’ll learn to love your workouts, they are tough but doable. Annette will work with your current ability and nudge you just a little bit so you push yourself and sweat!
