• CORE CHALLENGE

    The 4 Core Exercises:

    Plank – 60 seconds

    Superman (alternating arm and leg laying face down) – 10X each side
    Crunch With Legs In Air – 20X
    Torso Rotation (laying face up with a range of motion that is working your core but not hurting your back) – 20X each side
    This challenge begins this Saturday, May 6th, and ends June 4th.Every day that you complete these exercises give yourself one point. Log your points on Mondays.
