High intensity interval running results in an incredible workout. These workouts will help improve run performance (from the 5k to the marathon) and also other athletic pursuits. Great for runners and those who want a challenging work out. Expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories and work your entire body, including the core, arms, and legs. Workouts are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 groupings to accommodate many levels.
