Tone up your entire body using dumbbells, weighted balls, tubing, push ups, planks, squats, and mat exercises.

Cardio and toning exercises combined into short intervals that get your heart and muscles pumping. Great for beginners to advanced and want an instructor to ensure proper form and to challenge you to your best ability. Expect to work your entire body, including the core, arms, and legs. Work­outs are designed into Level 1 and Level 2 group­ings.

Get outside, take in breath-taking views, and feel strong!

Please bring a set of dumbbells (3 lb. or 5 lb. or 10 lb.) and a mat.
