Running Boot Camp
Wednesdays 5:00pm-6:00pm

High intensity running intervals with hill, stairs, jump rope and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, squats. Choreographed different each week to ensure an optimal challenge. This is a difficult class and FUN at the same time! Expect to burn 500-600 calories.

Boot Camp Level 1
Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm

Includes a little (very little) jogging or walking with some hills, stairs, and full body weight exercises including push ups, planks, and squats. All choreographed in a fun and manageable way so that all levels of fitness will enjoy. Expect to burn 500-600 calories.
