The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that you get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise nearly every day. Moderate exercise is something like the intensity of walking. For those of you who work out in a structured class or run 2-3 times/week, make sure to get MODERATE exercise on the other days. Go for a walk, or play with the kids. You can even split that up into two 15-minute segments. Walk for 15 minutes in the morning and do weights at night. Or do whatever gets you motivated.
